Esther Lewis joins Cordea Savills to win new business21st May 2012

Cordea Savills, the international property investment manager, has appointed Esther Lewis as Associate Director of Institutional Business.

Esther, who joins from investment boutique Future Capital Partners, will support winning new business for Cordea Savills and will report to Nick Hayward, Director of Institutional Business. She has extensive experience in business development, having worked for healthcare partnership, Circle, and investment boutique, Unicorn Investments. She qualified as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and speaks French and Spanish.

Nick Hayward said: “In addition to specific business development skills, Esther brings some good all-round commercial experience. She will help us to raise capital for our existing products as well as make a significant contribution to new product offerings, including portfolio and single asset mandates. An integral part of this will be accessing and managing new client relationships which will contribute to the continued growth of the business.”

Esther said: “Cordea Savills has an excellent product offering with some exciting fund launches in the pipeline. I look forward to working with such a strong brand name and team.”
