Vail Williams LLP has secured a five year lease for landlord Fidelity Worldwide Investment with PRMA Consulting Ltd for the second floor office in Cygnus House, Waterfront Business Park, Fleet GU51 3QT. Vail Williams and Hurst Warne were joint agents for Fidelity Worldwide International.
