Katherine Price joins DTZ's Birmingham office5th June 2012

Katherine Price, new appointment at DTZ BirminghamThe Birmingham office of DTZ,  has appointed Katherine Price as Senior Surveyor.

Katherine joins DTZ’s Development Consulting team and will be focusing on providing strategic market, development and investment advice to public sector clients including Birmingham Children’s Hospital, Wolverhampton City Council and Northampton County Council.

Katherine joins from Birmingham City Council where she spent six years as a Development Surveyor in the Regeneration and Major Projects teams, playing a key role in the delivery of the Birmingham New Street Gateway project.

Most recently, she spent a year working at Melbourne City Council, gaining experience in the Australian property market.

DTZ’s Development Consulting team has been involved in a number of high profile projects across the Midlands including, New Street Gateway, Icknield Port Loop and Birmingham’s Enterprise Zone.
