LAS triples its space at Nurton's TriGate House16th June 2012

Nurton Developments’ tenant, LAS Claims Management Ltd, has trebled its space at TriGate House on Hagley Road West in Quinton, and is now taking a whole floor - 12,000 sq ft in total - which is being fully refurbished for them.

LAS Claims Management Ltd moved into Trigate in 2007 in Nurton’s serviced office facility at the scheme called Flexibase. Originally taking 300 sq ft, it has since expanded its operation several times.

Darren Cooper, chief executive of LAS Claims Management Ltd, said: “TriGate is ideal because it is well-located and allows us to design an office environment, which fits our future needs. Moreover, although LAS works throughout the UK, we are a Birmingham company and are proud of our roots in the local community.”

Trigate’s success with tenants, marked also recently by BskyB taking circa 1500 sq ft at the offices, has led Nurton to invest further in the landmark building, expanding the car park to create 38 additional spaces and improve the frontage. An independant gym operator called Trigate Fitness.co.uk has also been put in place to add value and draw in commuters on their way into and out of Birmingham.

Positioned on a prominent corner position on the arterial Hagley Road West and Wolverhampton Road cross roads, Trigate is a striking blue and white clad, Tri-winged 73,000 sq ft building, just a short distance from the city centre.
