Brethertons LLP strengthens commercial property team in Banbury20th June 2012

Law firm Brethertons LLP has strengthened its already formidable Commercial Property Team with the appointment of a new solicitor.

Donna Bates joined Brethertons in May and is based in the firm’s Banbury office. She undertakes all aspects of commercial property law and acts for both landlords and tenants. In particular she focuses on sales and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold properties, option agreements, grants of leases and assignment of leases and voluntary first registrations on land with complicated title issues. She has also gained considerable knowledge and expertise acting for residential development work, including site acquisition, site set up and plot sales.

Donna’s experience enables her to work for a variety of clients including PLCs, private investors with portfolios of properties, residential developers, small businesses and private individuals.
