Goadsby Commercial and Charters Commercial have let the showroom premises of the former Southgate Peugeot site at 2-4 St Cross Road in Winchester to Timberline Furniture.
Timberline Furniture is a family-run business specialising in oak, ash and pine furniture, and has been trading within the Winchester area for a number of years. They were previously located in Kings Walk on Middle Brook Street and were attracted to the premises due to the good road frontage and customer parking.
Annelies Culley of Goadsby said: “There was a high level of interest in the premises from a number of retailers due to the good road frontage on to St Cross Road, one of the main arterial routes into the City Centre. The showroom was ideal for Timberline Furniture due to the quality of space available to showcase their products, and we wish them every success with their new premises.”
