Lambert Smith Hampton line up two new tenants for Pentwyn Retail Park28th June 2012

Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has succeeded in attracting two new tenants to Pentwyn Retail Park.

National food service chains Greggs bakery and Dominos pizza will be moving into two 1,000 sq ft units in the retail park with a lease period of ten and 15 years respectively. Work has begun on site with a view to the units being ready for occupation in September.

The duo of new tenants will join B&M Bargains and Farmfoods who moved in last year (2011). In negotiating terms, Dominos represented themselves while Greggs was represented by Cooke and Arkwright with LSH acting as the park’s marketing agents.

Pentwyn Retail Park was built in 1980 and renovated in 2011. Owned by Johnsons Retail, the development comprises a single storey retail building and has good transportation links, ideally situated in the suburb of Pentwyn just north of Cardiff, off the A48 which is the main road between Cardiff City Centre and the M4. The Retail Park also boasts parking of 85 spaces.

Dave Blyth of LSH’s Cardiff office said: “With only a 1,400 sq ft unit remaining, it’s extremely satisfying to see that the Park is now almost fully let demonstrating what an attractive and popular retail location it is.”
