Sam Williams has just joined Colliers International’s Development Consulting team in Bristol as a graduate trainee.
Team head Chris Dawson said: “Despite difficult marketing conditions and economic uncertainty the range and volume of our consulting continues to grow. Sam’s recruitment reflects this and is intended to ensure that we continue to offer the best possible service to all our clients.”
Sam, who hails from Suffolk, will be working alongside Chris, Louise Seaman, Nick More and town planning colleagues.
Recent team instructions include school development viability work for a Wiltshire Local Authority and local council, advice on a new neighbourhood centre in a Gloucestershire residential development for a major housebuilder and an instruction to advise an occupier on redevelopment of existing facilities on a community site in Avonmouth.
On the agency front the team have been appointed to market a major 17-acre brownfield site in Bitton and just completed on the sale of a brownfield residential development site in the centre of Bath.
