The premises occupy a prominent position on the corner of Durley Road and West Hill Road close to Bournemouth Town Centre and extend to approximately 3,000 sq ft. The quoted rental was £35,000 per annum.
Goadsby also obtained planning permission for the use of the property as a language school. The consent is a special type that allows the building to revert back to an office without requiring a further planning application to be submitted.
