Savills, on behalf of MDL Marinas, has let the Victoria Building at Queen Anne’s Battery Marina, Plymouth to Force4.
The boat chandlery supplier has agreed a new 12-year lease on the unit, which totals 4,555 sq ft (423 sq m). Force4 already occupy space at the following MDL Marinas; Port Hamble, Hamble Point, Mercury Yacht Harbour and Shamrock Quay in Southampton.
Ben Ross from Savills Southampton said: “Force4 will be a positive addition to Queen Anne’s Battery Marina and the new letting is yet another unit for the retailer, which continues to expand into the West Country.”
Peter McLuskie from Force4 states: “We are delighted to be able to secure premises in this desirable marina in Plymouth and look forward to working with MDL further and building better relationships with their customers.”
Savills management team has been responsible for the national MDL estate for nine years. The estate totals 19 marinas and 588,000 sq ft (54,645 sq m) across the South, South West and East Coasts.
