Regeneration specialist St. Modwen has agreed a ten-year lease for the 9,124 sq ft unit at Great Western Business Park, Worcester with new manufacturing company Deltacam International Ltd.
Launched in June by entrepreneurs Neil France and Ian Simpson, Deltacam will specialise in high end manufacturing for the aerospace, defence and energy sectors. Substantial investment has gone into the latest CNC equipment for the facility, which will be capable of offering fully engineered solutions for customers.
Jonathan Green, Development Surveyor at St. Modwen, said: “We are pleased Deltacam has chosen to launch at Great Western Business Park and we look forward to the company vision becoming a reality.
“The Business Park has always been in demand with high profile occupiers thanks to its location and the high quality of its units.
John Dillon, Managing Director of JP Dillon Commercial Property Consultants, acquired Unit 501 on behalf of Deltacam, following a search for suitable properties across Worcestershire. He added: “Great Western Business Park is a thriving business community and matches the requirements of Deltacam, which include easy access to the UK’s main transport networks and a modern, secure environment.”
