Paul Lester, Cripps Harries Hall LLP
South East law firm Cripps Harries Hall LLP, has announced the appointment of Paul Lester as a partner in its corporate team.

Paul Lester has over 20 years experience in corporate law, with particular emphasis on corporate transactions, partnerships regulation and compliance. His focus on the real estate industry marries well with Cripps’ nationally recognised property expertise. Paul’s specific experience includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, structured property transactions, property co-investment vehicles and real estate funds, as well as funds and investment joint ventures and corporate restructurings. He joins Cripps from Lawrence Graham LLP, in London, where he was a corporate partner.
