Prologis has leased 153,000 square feet to UK third party logistics provider Great Bear at Prologis Park Kettering.
The facility includes an existing 123,000 square feet building, which has an EPC A (CO2 Index 24) rating and a 30,000 square foot extension that, subject to planning, Prologis expects to complete in October 2012. Great Bear is currently fitting out the existing facility to meet its customer’s requirements.
“With this agreement, all available space at Prologis Park Kettering has been let. The 123,000 square feet facility was the last building in our UK development portfolio and this is now fully leased," said Andrew Griffiths, managing director of Prologis UK.
The transaction completed in the second quarter of 2012.
