Kevin Joynes has joined regional law firm Harrison Clark’s Commercial Property team as a Senior Associate at its Worcester office.
A former prison officer at HMP Blakenhurst in Redditch, Kevin qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and specialises in residential, commercial and mixed-use development work, having substantial experience across a range of property transactions.
He has particular expertise in the house building sector where he has for the past 11 years acted for most of the UK’s top ten volume house builders, as well as smaller regional developers.
Kevin, who lives in Beoley, Worcestershire, has acted for both private and public sector clients on many high profile developments including the new £400m Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Edgbaston and the recent development of Edgbaston cricket ground. He previously worked in the Birmingham offices of Eversheds, Gateleys and Pinsent Masons.
