Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed as letting agent to market the office space at the iconic Bush House, home to the BBC World Service for 70 years, on behalf of the Japanese owners, Kato Kagaku Co Limited.
The complex comprises approximately 300,000 sq ft in four office buildings ranging from 35,000 sq ft to 120,000 sq ft.
Following vacation by the BBC World Service at the end of the year, the buildings will be comprehensively refurbished. Jones Lang LaSalle Project and Development Services and John Robertson Architects are advising on the scheme and completion of the works is due mid-2014.
