Acting on behalf of Cheshire County Council Pension Fund, Hellier Langston has completed another letting at Fort Wallington Industrial Estate in Fareham.
Unit E1 (4,575 sq ft) has been let to roof suppliers Permaroof South on a ten year lease at a rent equating to £5 per sq ft.
Permaroof have established themselves as a supplier of rubber flatroof systems and the new unit will allow them to continue their expansion as well as providing additional support and training in the installation of their products.
Andy Hellier of Hellier Langston said: "Given its close proximity to the south coast motorway network, Fort Wallington has always been a popular location for industrial occupiers."
