Acting on behalf of Lloyds TSB, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has sublet 5,000 sq ft of Swansea Enterprise Park office space to Tyco.
Tyco, a fire and integrated solutions company, is now occupying the ground floor of Blackhorse House on Phoenix Way. Tom Rees of LSH’s Swansea office negotiated a sub lease for the remaining term of Lloyd’s head lease at a rent of £9.45 per sq ft.
LSH are marketing a further 5,000 sq ft of office space on the first floor, which is available on flexible lease terms.
