Acting on behalf of Eastleigh Borough Council, Goadsby has let Unit 8 Falkland Court to Hebdons Limited t/a Dream Doors.
The premises comprises a ground floor retail unit of approximately 700 sq ft in a popular neighbourhood centre and was available to let on a new lease at a rent of £8,000 per annum exclusive.
Alex Hirst of Goadsby said: “Unit 8 Falkland Court presented Dream Doors with an excellent opportunity to acquire a showroom premises with ample parking just off Junction 13 of the M3.”
