Three new appointments for DTZ Cardiff9th October 2012

DTZ  has expanded its Cardiff office with three new appointments. Nicola Harris joins the office’s Rating team as Surveyor; Lydia Crane joins as a Surveyor in the Valuation team, while Chris Yates has been recruited as a Graduate Surveyor in the Industrial agency team.

Nicola Harris brings ten years’ rating and valuation experience to DTZ, having previously worked for Gerald Eve and Knight Frank in Cardiff and AtisReal in London. As part of her new role at DTZ she will be responsible for prosecuting non-domestic rating appeals and is the Client Manager for one of the team’s key clients, William Hill plc.

Lydia Crane joins DTZ’s five strong Valuation team in Cardiff from Torfaen County Borough Council where she was responsible for the management of the organisation’s commercial property portfolio. In her new role, she will be looking after a wide and varied LPA Receiverships caseload for clients including, Barclays Bank Plc and Royal Bank of Scotland.

Joining DTZ’s Graduate Programme is Chris Yates. His role within the office’s award-winning Industrial agency team will be focused on the acquisition and disposal of portfolio properties across South Wales, while also working towards his APC exams. He brings previous property experience having worked within DTZ’s landlord and tenant team as a Property Administrator.
