A mid Wales police station and court house complete with prison cells and workshop, with a guide price of £125,000, is to be auctioned through Paul Fosh Auctions on Thursday 25 October . The Grade II listed building is the former police station and court house at West Street, Rhayader.
The Old Court House, as it is known, had until recently been used as an antiques centre with residential accommodation above, and it does have planning permission to convert to residential.
The Paul Fosh Auctions sale will be held on Thursday, October 25 at The Park Inn Hotel, Llanedeyrn, Cardiff, starting at 5pm.
