RO Properties has completed two new deals in quick succession at Carlyle’s Court, its retail and office scheme in the centre of Carlisle, Cumbria.
Two units have been let to a Mr Sam Norman who is using the space to open a brand new café/bar called The Shabby Scholar. He has agreed a five year lease at a rent of £18,000 per annum.
In addition, Family Foster Care has taken a 509ft² office suite, on a three year lease at a rent of £5,200 per annum. Family Foster Care helps to find safe and stable foster homes for children.
Carlyle’s Court includes office suites and a small shopping courtyard. It has a range of high-end boutique shops, including Hoopers the department store and Bijou’s, a chic cafe that serves bistro food.
Simon James of RO Properties said: “Carlyle’s Court is a very well located, attractive scheme, right in the centre of Carlisle, so it’s no surprise that businesses are choosing to locate there.
Carlyle’s Court has entrances on Fisher Street and St Mary’s Gate or can be accessed via Hoopers on Castle Street.
RO was advised by Carigiet Cowen. Mr Sam Norman and Family Foster Care were not advised.
