Mather Jamie has secured an investment sale on Enterprise House, an 11,298 ft² office complex, with ten self-contained office suites in Ashby Road, Coalville.
The firm has also successfully found new tenants for two of Enterprise House’s office suites in the last year and has only one suite now available.
Alex Reid of Mather Jamie said: “Enterprise House is a high yielding, multi-let office investment that Mather Jamie has dealt with for the past ten years. We have successfully kept vacancy rates down by sourcing new tenants for the site and this has allowed us to secure a good sale price. This was done through active Asset Management with Cedarwood. We put a schedule of works together to improve the property that lead to lettings and the subsequent sale.
