Minority Supplier Development, which was the first business to move into Leicester’s Phoenix Square, has signed an extended lease with regeneration specialist Blueprint. It is also planning to hire a new project manager.
Raj Pattani, business development manager, said: “We were attracted to Phoenix Square by the design of the building, the Grade A office specification and on-site parking. We’ve been very happy here, so extending our lease was an obvious choice. The offices are designed for maximum energy efficiency, which lowers the running costs for us, which is great.”
The company, which aims to link ethnic minority businesses to corporate “members” in ways that benefit both parties, is currently looking to hire a new recruit into a project manager/administrator role.
Phoenix Square is a unique cultural building, which combines contemporary living space with an independent cinema, art centre and café bar, workspaces and office studios, housing Leicester’s growing number of creative businesses.
