Global Project Partners relocates to Birmingham24th January 2013

A specialist within Human Capital Solutions for the Global Energy & Infrastructure sectors, Global Project Partners, has relocated to new purpose built offices in Birmingham, from Wall Island, to provide it with a more UK central location and better accessibility to both its employees and external clients and partners. It moved in to its new 3,772 sq ft premises, at 3120 Park Square on Birmingham Business Park, in December 2012.

Over the past few years, the company has found that as its national and international client base continues to grow rapidly, the need for a location close to travel links, including road, rail and air, is increasingly vital. The accessibility to Birmingham International Airport and train station, as well as the M42, was one of the key reasons Park Square was chosen.

Jennifer Evans, CEO of Global Project Partners, said: “2012 has been a fantastic year for our organisation. The move to Birmingham Business Park has been key to our long-term strategy for global expansion. Due to the appointment of a number of new board executives to our business we needed to be in a central location with great transport links. This also enables us to better serve and support our clients across the UK as well as internationally. Add to this, our offices in London, Scotland and overseas, as well as the plan to establish a North West office, it becomes clear why ease of reaching all of these locations is important to us.

Cameron Thomson, Senior Surveyor at Deloitte Real Estate, who was instructed to find a tenant for the premises, along with joint agents GBR Phoenix Beard, said: “This marks another successful deal at Park Square in 2012, where the high-quality specification, combined with a well-managed modern scheme, with plenty of car parking, is proving attractive to occupiers.

“There has been a lot of positive investment along the M42 corridor and this has led to an increasing number of organisations moving to this location. This particular deal supports the fact that Birmingham’s infrastructure continues to be a strong lure for those companies, such as Global Project Partners, which have international operations.”
