Goya Developments has just completed a new green development at High Wycombe Business Park off the London Road in High Wycombe. It is the first new industrial development in the area for five years and comprises nine industrial/warehouse and trade counter units featuring the latest green technologies.
The units have solar walls, rainwater harvesting, enhanced roof lights, for increased natural lighting and motion sensor lighting, which all help to reduce the real cost of occupation. BREEAM, an organisation that sets the standard for best practice in sustainable building design, construction and operation, has given the units a rating of Very Good, which is an indication of the development's green credentials.
The units have a high eaves height and roller shutter loading doors and the offices are fully carpeted and heated. Unit sizes range from 2,271 sq ft up to 11,997 sq ft and are available for sale or to let. Four units have already been taken by companies including HSS Hire and CIS Tools.
The scheme is adjacent to the Wycombe Marsh retail park close to the A40 London Road with easy access to the M40 motorway junctions 3 and 4 with junction 3 being only 1.7m away.
