It pays to refurbish offices as Portsmouth Estates as Portsmouth Estates Hatch Warren Farm has just proved with the letting of its last three suites. The Old Farmhouse was subject to a £750,000 refurbishment in 2011 and now the remaining three suites, totaling approximately 2,400 sq ft, have been let via Hollis Hockley to integrated brand communications agency The Escape, on a new five-year lease.
Viscount Lymington of Portsmouth Estates said “We are delighted to welcome The Escape to the Old Farmhouse. They will complement our existing tenant mix at both Hatch Warren Farm and Manor Farm, Cliddesden.”
Andrew Newman of Hollis Hockley, who acted for Portsmouth Estates said “Hatch Warren Farm has historically proved to be a successful development. It is interesting to see that even in this difficult economic climate that the latest phase of development by Portsmouth Estates is now 100 per cent let. The scheme has the added benefit of BT Infinity on site. We are optimistic that this will result in more interest for both the 3000 sq ft Newton House which is available on a new lease from Portsmouth Estates and the 7,000 sq ft at Paterson House and Hooper House, which are both available on assignment from the previous occupier”.
