DuPont's 81,000 sq ft purpose-built research, development and manufacturing facility on Bristol Business Park has been brought to market with Jones Lang LaSalle.
DuPont, a world leader in market-driven innovation and science, built the facility in 1990 and have appointed Jones Lang LaSalle to sell the site with plans to relocate to new premises within the Bristol area.
Ian Wills, director in the Bristol office of Jones Lang LaSalle, said: “The DuPont facility has an unrivalled position in the heart of one the most successful business parks on Bristol’s northern fringe. It is rare that an opportunity of this type comes to the market.”
Bristol Business Park is home to over 400,000 sq ft of commercial occupiers and accommodates more than 25,000 people. The excellent location offers a number of good transport links and local amenities in food and drink, leisure and shopping.
