West Bromwich accountants Fields have expanded into new offices in the town in a deal put together by property agents Bond Wolfe.
The 20-strong firm has taken a ten-year lease at Landchard House, occupying 2,200 sq ft on the second floor.
Headed by partners Stella Broomhall and Neil McMillan, Fields hasn’t moved far, remaining in Victoria Street and relocating from nearby Asden House.
Other occupiers of Landchard House include Sandwell Women’s Aid, TBG Learning, and Sandwell Council of Voluntary Organisations.
The popular building is close to public transport networks, the town centre and the Tesco New Square development which opens in June.
The deal follows on from the recent letting of 26-28 Carters Green in West Bromwich to Polish doctors and dentists Polmed Midlands.
James Mattin, managing partner of Bond Wolfe, said: “Viewing and requirement levels are up. We have recently put 15,000 sq ft of deals into solicitors’ hands, including the 4,500 sq ft ground floor of The Old Post Office in West Bromwich High Street .”
