The Bristol office of commercial property specialist Knight Frank has appointed Andy Smith as senior surveyor.
Andy, 32, joins from DTZ in Bristol, and previously worked in Nottingham as associate partner at NG Chartered Surveyors.
In recent months Knight Frank has moved to new offices in Clifton and added property asset management and residential development consultancy services to the services it provides directly from Bristol.
Steve Oades, head of the Bristol office, said: “We are delighted to have secured Andy. Undoubtedly he has the qualities we need to continue to grow our business in Bristol. As well as strengthening the office agency team, we are looking to recruit in various other parts of the business over the next few months.”
