On behalf of private clients, Woodford and Company have recently let two units at Berry Court, Little London near Tadley in Hampshire.
Unit 6, which measure 3,722 sq ft, was let to Elite Dog Stand, who will be using the unit as their office as well as for product distribution.
Unit 10 has been let to Brian Oates Electrical Engineering Services Limited, who have taken a new ten-year lease with a break at the fifth year.
Woodford and Company acted for the landlord in both of these lettings.
