New Grade A offices nearing completion at Ivanhoe Business Park in Leicestershire16th April 2013

DTZ announced today that Clowes Developments (UK) Ltd is close to completing the construction of new grade A offices at Ivanhoe Business Park in Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire. This will be the first speculative development to take place in the area for a number of years.

The national property developer is currently on site speculatively building two semi-detached office buildings, which will be available on a leasehold or freehold basis, providing accommodation from 2,500 sq ft to 7,230 sq ft. Offering occupiers in the area the opportunity to relocate to better quality more efficient space, the high quality buildings include air conditioning as standard and will achieve an EPC B rating.

Comprising a combination of office and industrial space, the business park is being marketed by DTZ and Salloway of Burton on Trent, Derby and Nottingham.

Located two miles from junction 13 of the A42 directly off the A511, Ivanhoe Business Park comprises a 29 acre landscaped development offering design and build offices from 2,000 to 50,000 sq ft. Existing industrial / warehouse units are available between 4,000 sq ft  to 7,000 sq ft and up to 170,000 sq ft on a design and build basis.
