New Grade A offices nearing completion at Ivanhoe Business Park in Leicestershire16th April 2013

DTZ announced today that Clowes Developments (UK) Ltd is close to completing the construction of new grade A offices at Ivanhoe Business Park in Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire. This will be the first speculative development to take place in the area for a number of years.

The national property developer is currently on site speculatively building two semi-detached office buildings, which will be available on a leasehold or freehold basis, providing accommodation from 2,500 sq ft to 7,230 sq ft.
