Acting on behalf of real estate fund managers Industrial Property Investment Fund (IPIF), Jones Lang LaSalle’s Southampton office and joint agent Warwick Martel have let Units 8 & 9 Sun Valley Business Park, Winnal Trading Estate, in Winchester to Apem Components Limited.
The unit comprised 251 sq m (2,699 sq ft) of gross internal accommodation and Apem Components Limited have taken a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of five and a half years.
Apem Components Limited is already one of the world’s leading worldwide manufacturers of man-machine interfaces and the group is present in 11 countries worldwide. Apem already have a strong base in Winchester and Units 8 & 9 Sun Valley Business Park represents an expansion for the company who were running out of space at their existing facility on Wykeham Trading Estate.
