Majenta Solutions Ltd has signed a deal with St. Modwen to lease 3,395 sq ft of space at its Lakeside development on Whitley Business Park in Coventry.
The deal will see Majenta, which provides storage integration and engineering and design software solutions, move into high quality, self-contained offices, with a BREEAM Very Good rating.
Established in 1995, Majenta has four regional offices across the country and provides data hosting, transmission, translation, product lifecycle management (PLM) and on-site training to a wide range of customers.
The deal will allow Majenta to widen its geographical reach and extend its client-base, by setting up a designated Midlands office, in a highly desirable business location.
Manish Amlani, director of Majenta, said: “We’re really pleased to be opening our office here in the Midlands, to serve an existing local customer base. This deal represents a significant investment for Majenta as we look to expand our service offerings to meet our strategic growth objectives for the next five years.
“Whitley Business Park offers Majenta an ideal location as it is close to local amenities and benefits from exceptionally strong transport links. We are very much looking forward to growing into our new accommodation and would like to thank the St. Modwen team for their assistance in getting the deal done in an efficient and stress-free manner.”
Mark Watkins, senior development surveyor at St. Modwen, said: “Since its completion in 2009, Lakeside has been a popular destination for enterprise, due in part to its location adjacent to the A45 Coventry Road and close to the A46 junction. In addition to being home to the 25,960 sq ft Jaguar Land Rover facility, Whitley Business Park is home to a wide range of sector specialist businesses, including key supply chain operators and high tech enterprises.
“The Lakeside development has proved an exceptionally popular one, with strong demand from local and regional occupiers. We wish Majenta well for its future expansion at the site.”
