CPBigwood has promoted Kerry Shugar to senior property manager. Mrs Shugar will continue her current role within the residential service charge team handling property management.
The department specialises in managing flats and apartments, sheltered and retirement schemes and mixed use developments in established buildings or new build sites on behalf of house builders and developers, freehold investors and resident management companies.
Her current portfolio ranges from the Birmingham area to Evesham and now Worksop.
New opportunities will see her mentoring other members of staff who are wishing to progress, as well as identifying and issuing company procedures.
Kerry said: “I am very pleased to take on this expansion of my responsibilities. CPBigwood is moving forward in leaps and bounds and it is great to be part of it.”

Kerry Shugar has been more than five years with the firm, joining from Waterloo Housing Association.
