Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Oliver Serrant and Thomas Miklausic as Senior Surveyor and Surveyor respectively in the High Street Agency division of the UK Retailer Services team. They will work with retained retailer clients in acquisition, disposal and lease restructuring across the UK.
Oliver joins from Leeds retail specialist Brassington Rowan where he advised a wide range of clients including UK pension funds, retailers, property companies and developers principally on the retail property market concentrating on both in town and out of town retailing.
Thomas has been working as a Graduate Surveyor at Jones Lang LaSalle since 2010 and joins the retail team permanently as a Surveyor after achieving his APC.
