Acting on behalf of a local property investment company, Goadsby Commercial has let Unit 4, Ferry Road in Hythe to the Royal Jaipur Express restaurant.
Located in a popular residential area, the premises have been let on a new 20 year lease. The letting means the Ferry Road Parade is now fully occupied.
Alex Hirst who negotiated the deal said: ‘We are delighted that the Royal Jaipur Express has taken the last remaining unit within Ferry Road. Being located in a densely populated area and with ample parking in the immediate vicinity I am sure they will have every success."
Goadsby also manages the property for the landlord.
