Bulleys Chartered Surveyors has let a workshop unit on the popular Greenwood Court Industrial Estate in Shrewsbury to car mechanics L & J Autos.
Unit E3 extends to approximately 993 sq ft (92 sq m) and comprises an open span warehouse with a minimum eaves height of approximately 3.8 m.
Lee Green of L & J Autos said "Our urgent requirement for finding a unit was dealt with extremely smoothly by Bulleys. We were able to get our new business up and running quickly, which was important due to the amount of work we are taking on.”
The letting was handled by Max Shelley of Bulleys, who said: “Our Client Valad Europe was pleased to accommodate an urgent need for additional space from L & J Autos and the standard flexi-lease being used at the Estate enabled quick and easy access.”
A range of other units are currently available on the Estate, ranging from around 1,500 up to 6,000 sq.ft, with flexible terms available at attractive rents.
