One of the critical aspects of the transaction was our need to get it completed quickly and we got that, with London Clancy’s agent helping keep the transaction on track to a speedy completion.”
Russell Ware of London Clancy said “This deal represents a significant letting in what remains a difficult market. It was refreshing to be able to complete this transaction within two weeks of agreeing Heads of Terms and is testament to the commitment by the landlord, the landlord’s advisors and Voyager Networks in achieving this.”
