Commercial property developer Sladen Estates is bolstering its development team with the hire of an associate director from a leisure and retail background.
Nigel Jones has joined the company to expand the firm's operations within the retail and leisure sector throughout the UK.
Derbyshire based Sladen Estates is known for industrial and commercial development in the East and West Midlands, South Yorkshire, Cheshire, Cambridgeshire and North East markets, but has in recent years expanded into the leisure, retail and mixed use sectors.
Nigel brings with him ten years’ experience in commercial property surveying and development. Prior to joining Sladen Estates, Nigel worked as an acquisitions surveyor for Asda and spent seven years with Innes England, specialising in retail.
Sladen Estates chief executive Nick Sladen said: “I’m delighted to welcome Nigel to the firm. With his impressive experience I know he will be a real asset to us and our clients."

Nigel will be based in the South Normanton office but will cover work across the country.
