BNP Paribas and Vail Williams sell No 1 Queen's Terrace, Southampton to Kingsbridge Estates15th July 2013

BNP Paribas Real Estate, acting jointly with Vail Williams, on behalf of a private Irish investor, has sold No. 1 Queens Terrace, Southampton, to Kingsbridge Estates Limited. Keygrove Chartered Surveyors acted on behalf of the purchaser to acquire the 26,040 sq ft office building.

Mark Hooper of Kingsbridge Estates said: “Kingsbridge Estates Limited has a wealth of experience in providing high quality developments and the intention is to fully refurbish the common parts and exterior of the building.”

Nella Pang of BNP Paribas Real Estate said: “We are pleased that Kingsbridge Estates Limited has decided to retain BNPPRE as sole letting agents on Queens Terrace and we are excited to be able to offer office occupiers an improved building of a contemporary nature at competitive rates.”
