Hellier Langston has let 61,986 sq ft at Fareham Industrial Park, Hampshire to City Link on behalf of Standard Life Investments Heritage with Profits Fund, for £5.65 per sq ft on a new ten year lease.
Hellier Langston said: :This is one of the biggest lettings in terms of floor area in Farehma for 15 years.
Simon Gadd, Network Director, City Link said: “We recognised that Fareham would provide us with the ideal solution for the replacement of our Southampton depot. It is ideally situated and the right size to enable us to grow our presence within the region and provide us with the flexibility to continue to deliver the high levels of service our customers expect.”
