Acting on behalf of Office Space Limited, commercial property consultants Alder King have secured the freehold sale of Riverside Court, a high quality sustainable office building in Chepstow, to grant-making charity the ACT Foundation. The property was sold for an undisclosed sum.
Constructed in 2006 on Beaufort Park at J2 of the M48 close to the Severn Bridge, Riverside Court provides 24,627 sq ft of modern, high quality accommodation over three floors and is operated as a serviced office centre. It is 60 per cent occupied on serviced and virtual office contracts together with traditional leases.
Owen Young, partner at Alder King in Cardiff, said: “Riverside Court is very attractive to occupiers due to its strategic location, fantastic views over the River Severn, high quality space and sustainability. This in turn is what made it so attractive as an investment.”
