Double letting success for St Modwen at Audley Avenue Enterprise Park in Newport19th September 2013

UK regeneration specialist St Modwen’s has achieved a double tenant success at its Audley Avenue Enterprise Park in Newport with a new letting and a lease renewal for an existing occupier.

St Modwen has seen demand for units at the Newport site strengthen and has recently attracted new tenant Eco Computer Repairs Ltd, who have signed a five year lease on an office suite at Nova House, comprising 2,628 sq ft of space.

The company will take over the first floor of Nova House, which sits at the entrance to Audley Avenue Enterprise Park. Its decision to move to new premises from its existing site in Newport comes as a result of increased business growth over the past 12 months, leading to a requirement for larger premises

Julie Rossiter, senior asset manager at St. Modwen, who helped secure the deals, said: “Audley Avenue Enterprise Park offers occupiers access to a variety of flexible warehouse, industrial and office accommodation that meets the needs of the local business community.

“The Park is an extremely popular destination for local businesses, due to its convenient location, with easy access via the A518 to both Telford and Stafford, as well as to Wolverhampton via the A41. We look forward to working with existing tenants to meet their future needs, and also with potential occupiers looking to discover the merits of the area.”

St. Modwen has also secured a new three year lease for an existing tenant, the TVR Car Club, which from its base in suite 5 at Nova House, has grown to become one of the premier one-marque car clubs in the UK, with a membership in excess of 5,000, with affiliated clubs around the world.

Joint agents for the scheme are Andrew Dixon & Company and Bulleys.

Matthew Tilt, senior surveyor at Bulleys said: “Audley Avenue Enterprise Park has 24 hour access, CCTV security, and an on-site estate manager. The office building is now fully let, however there are a variety of industrial units still available that are suitable for businesses that require flexible space at competitive rents.
