Andrew Burt has been appointed to head up the building consultancy team at Knight Frank in Bristol.
He joins after nine years at BNP Paribas in Bristol, where he was associate director.
Andrew, 30, said: “Knight Frank in Bristol has a great reputation and I am keen to help build the business further. With the welcome return to more positive messages from the market there is a real potential for growth.”
Steve Oades, who heads the Bristol office of Knight Frank, said: “I am delighted to welcome Andrew aboard. We continue to recruit the very best people in the market and Andrew will make a great addition to the Bristol office”.
The Knight Frank building consultancy division is involved at any stage of a building project’s lifecycle and services include surveying, dilapidations, refurbishments, building reinstatement and project management.
