Acting on behalf of Bromford Housing, property consultancy Alder King has sub-let Units 3 and 4 Cirencester Office Park to Govtech Solutions Ltd.
Govtech, which delivers web capture and data integration services to a wide range of public sector clients, has taken 2,803 sq ft of office space on a new sub-lease to August 2020.
Andrew Melvin, Managing Director at Govtech said “The move provides us with larger, modern premises that reflect the hi-tech nature of our business as well as providing us with room for future expansion.”
James Gregory, partner at Alder King’s Swindon office, said: “Accommodation at Cirencester Office Park is always in demand and explains the quick success in achieving this sub-letting on behalf of our client.”
