Core Assets Fostering has leased a 3,298 sq ft office on the Eden Office Park in Bristol.
The company, which is a UK-wide organisation providing children’s foster placements, has taken a ten-year lease at 64 Macrae Road from landlord Hornbuckle Mitchell Group.
Richard Bryan of Core Assets Fostering said: “The offices are a perfect solution for our requirements, giving us modern, open-plan offices with good facilities.”
Andy Smith of Knight Frank acted on behalf of the landlord, said: “Eden Office Park offers an outstanding landscaped environment and with its excellent transport links to both Bristol and the M5 is proving very popular with occupiers.
“We were delighted to secure such a high quality tenant in such a short space of time. The attractiveness of the location is further demonstrated by the previous occupier Ideagen also relocating to alternative accommodation on the Eden Office Park.”
