A triple storey set of offices with car parking at Bassett Court, Newport Pagnell, has been sold by Milton Keynes Council to expanding local IT company, Virtual Programming.
The sale was handled by Kirkby & Diamond and realised £170,000. The property offers 1433 square feet and is self contained over three floors, with air conditioning and central heating, seven parking spaces and a controlled entry system.
Jay Raj of K&D said the premises had become surplus to the council’s requirements.
“Bassett Court is a well located, established development which includes some popular retail units, with occupiers including Domino Pizza,” he says.
