Devonshire Homes' Exeter development receives planning permission for luxury penthousesWest Country property developer Devonshire Homes has been granted planning permission to build two luxury, fifth-floor penthouses with views across Exeter city at its Trinity Court development in Southernhay East, which the company is converting from offices into a complex of 29 luxury apartments.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom penthouses will come with private roof gardens and access to underground parking.

Steve Russell, Managing Director at Devonshire Homes, said: “We’re delighted to have received planning approval for the two penthouses, which offer a unique opportunity to acquire luxury accommodation in the thriving city centre. This is a prime site within Exeter’s most iconic location.”

Simon Scott-Nelson, Director at Winkworth, who will market the Trinity House apartments and penthouses said: “The penthouses are a rare chance to own a property with impressive city views of Exeter's Cathedral and Law Courts, as well as rural views towards Haldon. The interest has been immense and, even prior to any marketing, the list of potential buyers is as long as your arm.”
