Property consultancy Carter Jonas appoints 2 new building surveyors in Bath 3rd March 2014

Martin Walker, chartered building surveyor, Carter Jonas, property consultans in BathProperty consultantancy Carter Jonas has recruited two new chartered building surveyors for its Bath office.

Martin Walker is an experienced chartered building surveyor who has worked in Bath since 1976 and has advised on the refurbishment and restoration of a number of the city's important  and historic buildings for commercial and residential uses.

Chartered building surveyor Tom Lowe joined King Sturge (now Jones Lang LaSalle) in 2008 and is experienced in providing advice on acquisitions, conservation, dilapidations and technical due diligence for clients.

Scott Harkness, Head of Commercial at Carter Jonas said that the firm is thrilled to have appointed Martin Walker and Tom Lowe. "Their work will complement that of our commercial and valuations teams. Their expertise will boost the extent of the service we offer directly from our Bath office."
