Gazeley commences 40,000 sq ft building extension at Lutterworth logistics site6th March 2014

Logistics property developer Gazeley has begun construction work on a 40,000 sq ft extension at BSS's (part of the Travis Perkins Group) national distribution centre at Magna Park, Lutterworth in the Midlands.

Magna Park is BSS's flagship UK logistics site and the project, which is due to be completed this summer, will eventually provide a distribution centre of over 150,000 sq ft for the firm, which specialises in building, engineering and plumbing products .

With the team we have assembled we are confident in our ability to provide a cost effective, rapid solution for BSS without interrupting their current activities and deliver a value add solution for Canada Life Investments.”
